This role is often the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital role in shaping their overall experience. The ideal candidate is welcoming, organized, and enjoys supporting a busy, collaborative team. The Receptionist reports to and is employed by Dustin Eckhardt of Eckhardt Financial Group.Position Roles/Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesGreet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional mannerEnsure reception area and conference rooms are prepared for client meetingsCoordinate food and room setup for team meetings and special eventsMaintain office security by following safety procedures and managing access through the reception deskReceive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveriesUpdate the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with client informationOrder office supplies and maintain inventoryAssist with special event planning and executionLight office upkeep tasks, including keeping bathrooms, kitchen, and all shared professional areas clean, stocked, and organized, as well as watering office plants and flowersPerform general clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, and filingComplete other administrative tasks as assignedPosition QualificationsPrevious receptionist, administrative, or office support experience preferredStrong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFriendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and a welcoming presenceStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional attire requiredAbility to maintain confidentialityCompetenciesPlanning/OrganizingCustomer FocusCommunicationInterpersonal SkillsTeamwork and CollaborationAdaptability/FlexibilityExternal/Internal DependenciesMust be able to work with all roles of Eckhardt Financial Group.Must be able to represent the organization in work with external clientsMust be able to cultivate and maintain relationships with outside organizationsAs part of Eckhardt Financial Groups' recruiting/hiring/contracting process, a verification of a candidate's background will be made to complete the hiring/contracting process.
