We are currently seek a Part Time Receptionist/Concierge to join our team at The Manor at York Town. The Manor at York Town is a premier retirement community located in Jamison, PA. Shift Available: Part-Time 4:15pm-12:15am every Saturday. Key job responsibilities include: Responsible for all incoming calls, directing calls to proper parties, taking and distributing messages. Greet and direct all visitors and residents appropriately, demonstrating a courteous, friendly, patient, and congenial manner at all times. Responsible for handling resident requests. Accept, document, and deliver packages. Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures. Must possess and exhibit a strong positive attitude toward customer service and have a genuine interest in geriatric care and uphold the philosophy of the community. Must present a well-groomed appearance and demonstrate a courteous, friendly, patient, and congenial manner at all times. Education and Experience: High School graduate or equivalent.
