Our client is seeking a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant in the Lancaster, PA area! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of our organization by handling various administrative tasks and providing essential support to the team. salary: $15 - $16 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Office Management:
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Communication and Correspondence:
  • Draft and edit professional emails, memos, and other written communications.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing a positive and professional demeanor.
Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist in data entry and data management tasks.
Calendar Management:
  • Manage and update executive calendars, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as needed.
Event Support:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Provide logistical support for events, including coordination of materials and resources.
