The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional, welcoming environment. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations and supporting administrative tasks.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Support the HR department with additional tasks as assigned

Required Experience
