As our team expands, we’re looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly and ensure a professional, welcoming environment for visitors, partners, and team members alike.

The Role

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and conference room reservations
  • Support travel arrangements, logistics, and expense reports for team members
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and workspace organization
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and internal communications
  • Support HR and operations with onboarding new employees and managing company records
  • Coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers
  • Contribute to company events, meetings, and general administrative projects

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration, reception, or executive support (startup or technology environment a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable being the first point of contact for a dynamic team
