Reconstruction Business LeaderPaul Davis NC is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Reconstruction Business Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restoration and reconstruction operations within the company. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the restoration industry.Key responsibilities include:Leading, coaching, and developing reconstruction team members to meet best in class results.Establishing and maintaining a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale while driving performance and schedule deadlines.Building relationships based on trust, active listening, and leading a team for successful project outcomes.Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets; ensuring adherence to these plans.Confirming budget and work orders before the start of the project.Reviewing job progress weekly via GS&R.
