The Reconstruction Project Manager manages production crews and jobs according to Company's procedures. Core responsibilities include project planning and oversight, scheduling, and managing subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have a technical aptitude and a fundamental understanding of construction principles.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, coordinates, and oversees reconstruction projects from start to finish.
- Manages scheduling, logistics, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Maintains detailed project documentation.
- Adheres to established budgets to ensure projects are produced efficiently and on schedule.
- Functions as primary interface with customers throughout project duration.
- Maintains regular communication and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Ensures subcontractors adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
- 2+ years of Residential Construction Project Management Experience.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects at once, managing budgets and schedules.
- Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work.
- Experience establishing effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Experience in scoping and writing estimates a plus using Xactimate software.
Salary $65,000 to $75,000 DOE Plus Bonus.
