We are seeking a proactive and talented individual to join our team in finding top-tier talent for IT and Engineering roles within the telecommunications, utility, and power industry. NOTE: This is a base plus commission role for someone with a background in agency staffing, recruiting on high volume IT and engineering roles who understands the importance of speed to market.

What You'll Do:

• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with candidates in the IT and Telecommunications field.
• Source Talent: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify top-tier talent.
• Evaluate Candidates: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical qualifications and fit for assignments.
• Match and Place: Submit qualified candidates for open roles and negotiate job offers and terms of employment.
• Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and consistent communication.
• Manage Records: Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

What We're Looking For:

• High Volume Recruiting: Must have the ability to handle high volume requisitions with speed and efficiency.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter in an agency environment, with a focus on IT and Engineering roles strongly preferred.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Independence and Teamwork: Must have the ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Organizational Skills: Must have strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
• Communication: Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
