We are currently hiring an experienced Recruiter, we are looking for a detail-oriented, strong customer service, goal oriented with a good attitude to work in a fast pace environment. This is a full-time, permanent position, 40 hours a week with the flexibility to work overtime on occasion.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our dynamic team at formerly known as Cortech. As an Experienced Recruiter, you will leverage your proven expertise to identify, engage, and place top-tier candidates with our valued clients. Your role will involve building strong relationships with both candidates and clients while delivering exceptional recruitment services.
Duties:
• The Recruiter duties will assist the branch with the onboarding process.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, online portal and available list
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Recruits new candidate, interviews, and obtain new hire paperwork and follow onboarding process.
• Fill vacant positions according to our client’s request.
• Complete any additional duties/projects as assigned.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand clients' specific hiring needs, culture, and business objectives.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to text messages
• Distribute paychecks to associates
• Handling complaints and resolve issues at the work sites

Schedule:
-Monday – Friday
-Day shift 8:00AM to 5:00PM
-Pay Rate Range: $20.00 - $22.00 hourly DOE
-Location: 555 W Redondo Beach Blvd Suite 221 Gardena CA 90248
-Work Setting - Office environment
Requirements:
-Proven 1 year experience as a recruiter, preferably within an agency setting.
-Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
-Flexible schedule and able to work overtime
-On occasions open to work weekends
-Bilingual ( English and Spanish)
-High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Background check
-Drug Screen
