Description - Full-Cycle Recruiter Seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a heavy workload. This is a high‑impact role with the potential to convert to full‑time based on performance and business need. Position Overview The Recruiter will manage full‑cycle recruiting for clinical and laboratory roles across California. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers, drive requisitions forward independently, and contribute ideas and best practices to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruiting: intake meetings, job postings, applicant review, interviews, and offer stage Support recruiting for clinical and laboratory roles, including nurses and lab professionals Handle a high‑volume workload (approximately 15 active requisitions) Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders Proactively identify challenges, share ideas, and drive solutions Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the process Support compliance and hiring requirements specific to California healthcare roles Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Experience with Greenhouse This is a fully remote position Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.26/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
