About the Role
As a Recruiter, you will function as a talent consultant and trusted partner, owning searches while actively supporting the success of your teammates. While you’ll manage your own requisitions, this is not a siloed role—our culture is grounded in a “one team, one goal” mindset, where recruiters collaborate, share insights, and step in to help one another succeed.
Prior recruiting experience is welcome, but not required. We are particularly interested in professionals with 3–5 years of experience in client-facing, performance-driven roles such as:
  • Sales or account management
  • Operations or office management
  • Client services or customer success
  • Administrative or business support roles aligned with leadership
  • Professionals who have partnered with staffing firms from the client side
This role is not aligned with manufacturing or warehouse career paths.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, expectations, and timelines
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Deliver a professional, consultative experience to both candidates and clients
  • Collaborate closely with fellow recruiters—sharing leads, supporting searches, and celebrating wins together
  • Step in to assist teammates when workloads fluctuate or urgent needs arise
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-through using recruiting technology
  • Continuously improve personal performance while contributing to team success

Compensation & Benefits
