Skills/Qualifications:

• 5+ years of staffing/recruitment experience across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in recruitment lifecycle processes and sourcing techniques.
• Strong vendor management skills, including working with search firms and job boards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with team-based project experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and expertise in data mining and internet research.
• Experience with general HR functions.
