Emerald Staffing is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter & Staffing Consultant to join our team in Lake Oswego, Oregon. What You’ll DoAs a Recruiter & Staffing Consultant, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruiting process while serving as a trusted advisor to both candidates and client companies.
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs, culture, and long-term goals
- Develop a robust talent pipeline through networking, referrals, job postings, and proactive outreach
- Guide candidates through the hiring process from first conversation to placement and follow-up
- Manage job orders, candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Collaborate with the Emerald Staffing team to meet and exceed placement goals
- 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience (agency experience preferred)
- Candidates with a service industry background are encouraged to apply.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and listening skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven mindset with a consultative, service-oriented approach
- Comfortable using ATS platforms, job boards, and LinkedIn
