Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned openings Partner with hiring managers on intake, candidate profiles, and hiring strategy Source, screen, and advance qualified candidates Maintain accurate records and workflow in the ATS Support offer process and hiring decisions Help meet recruiting demand with speed, quality, and strong execution Requirements 3–5+ years of recruiting experience ATS experience required - iCIMS preferred AI experience a plus - ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot etc. Additionally, retail experience is a mandatory requirement for this role.
