This full-time position is based in our Atlanta office and is not eligible for remote work. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by sourcing, engaging, and hiring the best candidates in line with our strategic objectives and corporate culture.
The Recruiter will work closely with department heads and the human resources team to identify staffing needs, devise recruitment strategies, and implement effective sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and maintain recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and employment needs.
- Work alongside department managers to compile a comprehensive list of recruitment needs and specifications.
- Conduct thorough job analyses and ensure clear, accurate job descriptions are in place.
- Create and place job advertisements in various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites.
- Screen applications, manage resume databases, and conduct initial interviews to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Organize and lead the interview process in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Engage in active and passive candidate sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of potential recruits.
- Provide a seamless candidate experience, maintaining timely communication and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate job offers and finalize arrangements with candidates.
- Attend job fairs, recruitment events, and participate in networking sessions to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and prepare reports on recruitment activity for senior management review.
- Stay current with recruitment trends and best practices, integrating new techniques as applicable.
- Uphold the company’s reputation by ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards during the recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop and manage internship programs to provide opportunities and scout potential talent.
- Proficient in using recruiting software and candidate databases.
- Strong ability to screen and interview candidates effectively.
