Job Description Summary This is a temporary position Temporary Recruiter Position Responsibilities Develops and implement strategies to attract top candidates for positions. Networks and builds the MSMC brand with the local community (Career fairs) and nationalwide. Uses appropriate social media to attract top talent. Proposes and implements a variety of activities to increase the impact of the recruiting efforts. Has a creative and diverse approach to recruiting challenges. Evaluates the qualifications of applicants, recruits, interviews, and makes offers. Stays abreast of latest recruiting trends and activities, for the benefit of all supported units. Creates job postings that are accurate and promote the MSMC brand to attract top talent. Places these posting on all appropriate sites/media. Builds and maintains solid relationships with hiring managers. Maintains visible presence and has regular meetings with all customers. Upon the receipt of staffing requisitions, contacts the appropriate hiring manager and completes a thorough Intake Meeting to include the open position's requirements, recruitment strategy, and Service Level Agreement. Utilizes the ATS and the Open Job Report to track candidates and workflow of open positions, updating information accurately and on time. Build and maintain solid relations with new hires, providing support through the on‑boarding process and the transition throughout the probationary period and beyond. Is proactive in building candidate pipelines. Oversees the new hire's process assuring they are cleared through the Employee Health Office and are able to start as planned. Maintains records in conformance with legal and organizational requirements. Complies with Compensation hiring guidelines when determining salary offers. Maintains and promotes internal equity through extended offers. Prepares reports and recommends solutions to minimize barriers and improve the impact of the recruiting group. Supports the HR Manager as required, including feedback and input from staff and assigned processes. Identifies areas of opportunity and possible solutions.
