TRC Talent Solutions is hiring an experienced Recruiter for a short-term contract role supporting a large, industry-leading supply chain solutions company. This role will be a 3-4 month contract supporting a great team! Base pay range $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring needs, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates. Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce requirements and staffing priorities. Leverage ATS and sourcing tools to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines. Track key recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges. Qualifications 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing environments. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work onsite a few days in Westampton, NJ.
