Integral Resources, LLC is in search of a Recruiter to join our Recruiting team!
We are seeking a highly motivated recruiter to become a part of our team, and helping us finding the right individuals to raise funds for democratic causes and candidates. We seek someone who is enthusiastic about discovering hidden talents and contributing to company growth. Someone with a combination of recruiting skills and call center experience.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong focus on customer service
- Willing to be on camera and video
- Be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Possess strong time management abilities
- Display outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and relevant applicant tracking systems (Calendly, Workable, Excel, etc.)
- Handle job boards and advertisement postings
- Review over 100 applications daily
- Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, including screening, sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding
- Document data on various tracking systems (such as Calendly, Workable, Excel, etc.)
- Meet the minimum calling requirement as directed by the Fundraising Solutions manager (3-5 hours per week)
- Participate in scheduled meetings
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a Windows computer
- Knowledge of customer service practices and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
