employs
the best
practices of
recruiting to acquire talent for Greystones contracts and internal positions. They also maintain a presence across social media that best represents the company and ensure the companys website is up to date. This position is hybrid, requiring 1 day in the office at our Corporate location: 300 M St SE, Suite 325, Washington, DC 20003.

Responsibilities
:
A full cycle of recruiting includes several key steps: sourcing candidates, vetting their qualifications, collaborating with hiring managers, presenting a job offer to the selected candidate and providing onboarding assistance.
Collaborate With Hiring Managers
Establish strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their technical requirements and team dynamics.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as HR, Business Development to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Provide regular updates, metrics, and reports on recruitment activities to HR.
Understand The Company And Industry
Gain a deep understanding of the tech industry and government contracting, including trends, technologies, and key players.
Familiarize yourself with the companys products, services, culture, and values.
Stay updated on industry news, events, and developments.
Interview Coordination
Coordinate and schedule interviews between the hiring manager and shortlisted candidates.
Ensure that both parties have the necessary information for the interview, including interview logistics and candidate background.
Feedback And Decision-Making
Gather and request Candidate interview form with feedback from the hiring manager after each interview to determine the candidates suitability.
Discuss the pros and cons of each candidate with the hiring manager to reach a decision.
Security Verified: Confirm with FSO and/or the candidate that they have or can obtain a clearance.
Offer Preparation And Presentation
If the hiring manager decides on a candidate, work with HR department to prepare the job offer, including salary, benefits, and other relevant details.
Present the job offer to the selected candidate and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Negotiate salary and other terms if necessary, ensuring a mutually agreeable outcome.
Onboarding Assistance
Once the candidate accepts the offer, facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Throughout the entire process, maintaining clear and timely communication with both the candidates and hiring managers is crucial. Being transparent and responsive helps build trust and ensures a positive candidate experience.
Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets
Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
Qualifications
Experience with the recruiting cycle (i.e. sourcing candidates, conducting screening calls, scheduling interviews, presenting offers)
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Experience working in an administrative position
Eligibility to receive and maintain a security clearance
