Job Description
The Recruiter is responsible for owning full-cycle recruiting across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent while continuously improving hiring processes, tools, and candidate experience. The Recruiter plays a key role in building scalable, consistent recruiting practices that support both current hiring needs and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities & Functions
Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly, professional, and leadership roles, from intake through offer
Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using structured and behavioral interviewing methods
Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit
Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring recommendations
Build, maintain, and proactively manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Build, create, and maintain structured interview guides and evaluation tools for multiple roles
Administer and manage HireVue video interviews and behavioral assessments (Drake P3)
Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to support onboarding coordination and handoff post-hire
Maintain and manage the Indeed partnership, including job postings, optimization, and performance
Manage recruiting budget and external recruiting spend, including efforts to reduce agency reliance
Provide hiring managers with candidate insights, evaluation summaries, and interview best practices
Develop, update, and maintain clear, compelling job descriptions aligned with company needs
Ensure consistent, timely, and positive communication throughout the candidate experience
Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience hiring across hourly, professional, and leadership roles
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with candidates and leaders
Experience with behavioral assessments and video interviewing tools preferred
