Local staffing agency in Kenmore, NY that specializes in light industrial, skilled trades and professional placements is currently looking for an internal recruiter to join our team!
Hours - 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay varies based on experience

REQUIREMENTS:
-1+ year of full cycle recruiting preferred, but can be trained
-Must have great customer service skills
-Must have great communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email
-Must have good computer skills and enjoy working with people
-Must be able to multi-task and be internally driven to succeed
JOB DUTIES:
-Complete basic recruiter training and become knowledgeable in the local manufacturing industry
-Utilize various application and media platforms to attract and identify candidates for various types of roles
-Perform initial candidate screening by phone or email, perform in person interviews, and communicate with clients
-Work with clients to understand there needs in order to provide the best candidates possible for each job
-Utilize applicant tracking system to manage employees, payroll, and client needs
-Perform all other necessary day to day needs within the office

Over time, our reputation for quality placements grew, and thus so did the demand for our services. As a result, we expanded our services to include staffing for skilled trades, administrative, it/technical, engineering, and managerial positions.
Our branch is located in Kenmore, and services a wide area within Buffalo and surrounding areas throughout the North and South Towns.
