Position Summary The Recruiting Coordinator supports the recruitment and hiring process by performing administrative and operational tasks related to sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. This role works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. In addition to coordination responsibilities, this position will take ownership of passive candidate sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Post job openings on internal and external job boards and maintain requisition data. Review resumes and applications; screen candidates as needed. Prepare structured candidate summaries and screening notes to support hiring decision‑making. Take ownership of passive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, including identifying, engaging, and building relationships with qualified talent for current and future openings. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill and recurring roles. Send outreach messages, track candidate engagement, and follow up with prospective candidates. Communicate with candidates regarding application status, interview logistics, and next steps. Serve as a coordination point for hiring managers and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive applicant and employee information. Perform reference checks. Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment laws. Assist with promoting the company’s employer brand through social media content creation and updates to the careers page. Coordinate pre‑employment testing or assessments. Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS). Create and maintain recruiting reports and metrics, including sourcing effectiveness and pipeline activity. Support multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining organization and responsiveness. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and development of recruiting templates, tools, and resources. Respond to candidate and employee inquiries related to the hiring process. Provide general administrative support to the recruiting and HR team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. 1+ year of administrative experience; prior HR or recruiting support experience a plus.Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred. Compensation $21-$26 hourly Working Condition 2 days in-office, 3 days hybrid. May require occasional travel to client sites or job fairs, as needed. May require occasional extended hours during high‑volume hiring periods. #J-18808-Ljbffr
