Horizon America Staffing is a privately owned, Minority Business Enterprise, Light industrial staffing firm. We are the “go-to” staffing company for light industrial and manufacturing companies in Southern and Central New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Tennessee, Florida and Texas.
We are looking for a Recruiter/ Office Assistant/ Coordinator who is full of energy, an expert multitasker, with a proven track record of sourcing, interviewing, recruiting in a staffing agency or warehouse setting. Someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and eventually move into a manager role.
The Recruiter / Coordinator will sit in our Willingboro, NJ office, and will be responsible for recruiting, sourcing, interviewing and processing applications from walk in candidates, holding job fairs, and opening, closing and managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the office, communicating and developing relationships with clients and candidates, visiting clients, checking employees in and out, collecting timesheets.
This candidate must be bilingual (English and Spanish), work well independently as well as with the team and clients.
