About the Role:

The Recruiting Programs Specialist will be responsible for supporting the recruiting program initiatives globally. This is inclusive of our Associate Referral Program, managing programs through operational, systems and analytical/CRM Reporting; Strategize to design and implement processes that help meet Recruiting hiring objectives, strategic talent sourcing support, targeted campaigns for talent as it relates to the above programs, and other duties as assigned by leadership.

What you will do:

  • Design meaningful campaigns that attract high quality referrals and are strategically aligned with each recruiting functions unique needs
  • Partner effectively with recruiter team members and other internal partners to advise on best practices & support delivery of quality work
  • Manage all operational and administrative aspects of the referral program within the set SLAs
  • Provide high levels of customer service while managing AR inbox to ensure positive candidate and associate experience
  • Fully utilize CRM & ATS to effectively track impact of recruiting programs efforts

What you will need:

  • 1-2 years or administrative, recruiting, or project management work preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Ability to deliver strong results in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to flex priorities and adapt to change
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Works independently / self starter
  • Effective collaborator
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and deliver high quality work
  • Ability to leverage Recruiter CRM & ATS effectively open to receiving & actioning feedback
  • Able to successfully manage, prioritize and complete projects against a timeline

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 56,000 USD - 77,280 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
