Location in Welch, MN.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Pre-screen and select internal/external candidates that most closely match specific department needs, extend contingent job offers and ensure selected candidates complete all pre-employment screeningsHelp identify and utilize applicant recruiting resources including, print, internet, social media, high schools, colleges, community etc.Develop and maintain department relationships to effectively assess current and future staffing needsDocument that candidates meet employment criteria, coordinate job changes, and set-up and send orientation notificationsAssist with internal and external job fairsAssist training staff by helping to facilitate interview classes for managementKnowledge and Certification, Skills and Abilities:Required Knowledge and Certification:High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience3 years of recruitment, selection or human resource experience preferably in the hospitality or staffing industryPreferred Knowledge and Certification:4-year degree in Human ResourcesRequired Skills:Accurate and detail-orientedHighly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesStrong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent problem solving skillsRequired Abilities:Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygieneAbility to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous mannerAbility to independently complete multiple tasks in a professional mannerAbility to serve both internal and external customersPhysical Demands:Must be able to sit for long periods of time with moderate amounts walking and standingMust have a good sense of balance, and be able to bend and kneelMust be able to push, pull and grasp objects routinelyMust have the ability to independently lift up to 25 pounds occasionallyMust be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motionsMust have good eye hand coordinationWorking Environment:Work is performed primarily in administration building but may include going onto the gaming floor, which includes flashing lights, frequent loud noises and cigarette smoke, and outdoors for team member eventsMust be willing to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends and holidaysExtensive computer useOccasionally must deal with angry or hostile individualsHigh volume direct public contactEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
