Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a leading management and technology consulting firm that delivers mission-critical solutions across government and commercial sectors. Together, we are seeking a Recruiting Specialist / Sourcer to support the sourcing and recruitment of top technical and consulting talent.

As a Recruiting Specialist / Sourcer, you will drive proactive sourcing strategies, engage high-demand candidates, and support full lifecycle recruiting efforts. This role is highly metrics-driven and ideal for someone energized by outreach, candidate engagement, and delivering results.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct proactive outreach and engage external candidates using sourcing tools and platforms

  • Identify, attract, and pipeline high-demand technical and consulting professionals

  • Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and alignment

  • Document candidate activity and maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems

  • Partner with full lifecycle recruiters to coordinate interviews and candidate communications

  • Manage submittals, interviews, offers, and hires while meeting performance metrics

  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse employment sources to support staffing needs

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service across multiple business units


Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high-demand candidates

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for IT or technical roles

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools

  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a metrics-driven environment

  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

  • High school diploma or GED
