ALG is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to further bolster our technical recruitment efforts in Singapore.The Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent based on the decided requirements. This role will develop and implement recruitment strategies, build relationships with candidates, and collaborate with other recruiters to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.Job Responsibilities:Source and attract talent through a variety of channels, including but not limited to, direct sourcing, employee referrals, professional networks, and job boardsDevelop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging market intelligence and other relevant dataCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and help shape recruitment strategies to meet those needsManage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectivenessJob Requirements:A minimum of 1 year of experience in aviation and/or recruitment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work collaboratively with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholdersStrong organizational and time-management skillsDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentCandidates who have attained the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) will be preferred.If you are interested in this role, please APPLY NOW!
