Job Title :- Recruitment Coordinator
Location :- Irvine, California (Fully Onsite)
Long Term Contract
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews with candidates and interviewers.
- Communicate with candidates to ensure a seamless interview process
- Send confirmation emails and reminders to candidates and interviewers and follow up as needed
- Schedule debrief meetings with a quick turnaround.
- Update and maintain candidate information and status in the applicant tracking system.
- Organize meetings with hiring managers as required.
- Assist hiring managers in completing process steps effectively and efficiently.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide on-going support to Recruiters as needed
- Prepare and maintain recruiting reports and metrics.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least one year of experience in recruiting coordination or administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and/or SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
