About the Role
As a key member of the Talent Management function, this role is part of a team responsible for attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining BetMGM’s high-performing talent.
As we continue toward our expansion goals, we’re looking for someone to drive our employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts. In this position, you’ll play a crucial role in attracting and engaging top talent, establishing our company as an employer of choice, and contributing to the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing plans and campaigns to attract top talent in a competitive landscape, promoting BetMGM’s unique value proposition and culture
  • Create engaging and compelling recruitment content, including job postings, social media campaigns, email newsletters, blogs, videos, e-brochures, and other multi-media formats to improve employer brand awareness and generate awareness of BetMGM’s career opportunities
  • Utilize various marketing channels, platforms, and tools to reach & engage target candidates (job boards, talent databases, forums & online communities, live and virtual events, partnered organizations, etc.); end-to-end event management
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities for innovation in recruitment marketing; disseminate market intelligence & reporting to leadership and talent acquisition team
  • Optimize and manage company careers page & review site pages (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Comparably, etc.)
  • Recommend new and alternate ways to leverage our employees, culture, awards and career advancement opportunities to expand our talent community; manage employer award submissions
  • Develop and nurture passive candidates and talent pools through strategic campaigns and targeted messaging
  • Develop and maintain candidate & hiring team communication templates (from job posting to onboarding); advise & coach Recruiters on best practices to improve sourcing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, talent acquisition, internal communications, and marketing to align recruitment marketing efforts with overall branding and marketing initiatives
  • Stay up to date with recruitment marketing trends, digital tools, and recruitment best practices, incorporating approaches to continuously improve recruitment marketing outcomes
  • Other duties as assigned
Essential Functions
  • Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding, preferably in a fast-paced and innovative industry
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, content creation, and social media platforms
  • Experience and comfort working with talent acquisition platforms such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other job boards plus a variety of marketing tools including email and social media marketing platforms, content management systems, video editing tools, and analytics platforms
  • Creativity, strong storytelling, attention to detail, grammar and spelling, and communication skills
  • End-to-end campaign and event management; ability to manage multiple projects & stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving, ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of common recruiting processes and applicable regulations
