Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the recruitment processes, ensuring efficient and effective hiring strategies, and managing a team of recruitment professionals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise and a passion for improving recruitment practices to support our company's growth and talent acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring best practices and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruitment professionals, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing training and development opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, hiring managers, and other departments to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and address any challenges in the hiring process.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards, ensuring optimal service levels and cost-effectiveness.
  • Technology Integration: Oversee the use of recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring they are effectively utilized and up-to-date.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing recruitment operations and improving hiring processes.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
