Job Summary: The Recruitment Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and generating a pipeline of high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization. This role focuses on proactively sourcing talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach. The Recruitment Sourcer works closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and helps build a robust talent pipeline to meet the organization's recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing:

    • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, Boolean searches, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates.
    • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
    • Maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  2. Candidate Screening:

    • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
    • Evaluate candidate profiles and resumes to determine suitability for open positions.
    • Provide detailed candidate summaries to recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate decision-making.
  3. Talent Pipeline Management:

    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles and hard-to-fill positions.
    • Keep track of talent market trends and provide insights on candidate availability, skills in demand, and sourcing challenges.
    • Regularly update and manage candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  4. Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers:

    • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of open positions and the ideal candidate profile.
    • Provide market intelligence and sourcing insights to help recruiters refine their search strategies.
    • Assist recruiters with candidate outreach, engagement, and scheduling interviews.
  5. Employer Branding:

    • Promote the company's employer brand through candidate engagement and outreach activities.
    • Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions with candidates.
    • Share content that highlights the company's culture, values, and career opportunities on various platforms.
  6. Data and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze sourcing metrics, such as the number of candidates sourced, response rates, and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
    • Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipeline status, and market insights to recruitment leadership.
    • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve sourcing techniques and candidate engagement practices.
  7. Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, sourcing tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.
    • Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance sourcing skills and knowledge.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of new sourcing strategies and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and direct outreach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
