If you're a Regional Airlines Manager with an interest in developing relationships, and being the support to multiple stakeholders - this could be the role for you:

Here's what you'll do:

  • Lead the implementation and negotiation of new or updated strategic partner master lease agreements for AMERICAS
  • Collaborate with partner organizations and internal departments to monitor shipments and support operational execution
  • Assist the operational sub-team with tasks such as airline lease customs setup
  • Support airlines with day-to-day questions, conduct regular reviews and prepare/ monitor KPIs
  • Support customer solution engineering activities of the sales and key account management departments
  • Collaborate with the pricing team to ensure competitive offering
  • Work with the pricing and operations department to achieve cost reductions in logistics charges
  • Lead airline negotiations on operational matters and ensure these agreements are implemented and honoured globally
  • Track the performance of partners, including leasing and operational support transactions
  • Identify new business opportunities on Airline Headquarter level and develop joint initiatives with internal sales and key account management team
  • Maintain active relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations, including regular on-site visits at the HQ level
  • Conduct training sessions for airline HQ, airline stations, and Ground Handling Agents (GHAs) based on local needs
  • Lead and participate in SkyCell and Airline events within the region
  • Lead marketing efforts with newsletters and events planning and execution where needed
  • Act as an escalation point for commercial and operational issues with partner airlines, providing support through troubleshooting
  • Gain industry knowledge through close relations with senior management of airlines to uncover trends and market information
  • Lead the implementation of the global airline strategy and airlines onboarding

Requirements

This is what you'll need:

  • Commercial apprenticeship and/or bachelors degree in business or similar
  • Several years of work experience, working for an airline or airline related field
  • Good comprehension of the full range of airline logistics services including airline lease, reverse logistics, network balancing, service AWB, cost optimization, etc.
  • Strong airline network within the AMERICAS region
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
