Your Role

As the Regional Director of Operations – Pennsylvania Senior Services, you’ll oversee the performance, growth, and compliance of H2 Health’s senior living therapy programs across multiple communities. You’ll ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and a consistent focus on quality care.

 

Requirements

  • Education: Must have successfully completed and graduated from an accredited PT/PTA/OT/OTA/SLP/SLPA program. Clinical license required (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist and/or Assistant).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in healthcare operations and 5 years in leadership within outpatient or senior rehabilitation settings.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of billing, compliance, and clinical systems.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to motivate and guide teams across multiple sites.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive alignment and accountability
