A newly created Country Finance Lead (Regional Finance Manager) role has become available for an established, growing and interesting global organisation in the wider Technology world who have operations in Central Florida. This is a hybrid sole accounting role, only requiring someone to go into the office 2 days a week and comes with a salary up to $85,000 plus 10% bonus & benefits.

The Regional Finance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the business’s U.S. entity, including month-end close, U.S. GAAP reporting, federal and state tax compliance, and statutory filings. You will work with the Operations, Sales, HR, IT, and Group Finance teams to ensure financial processes run smoothly, transactions are recorded accurately, and company policies and procedures are followed.

The Country Finance Lead (USA) will prepare and present in the monthly Business Review with the CEO and CFO and serve as the key executor for our Data Room and Data Warehouse —uploading both historical actuals and forecast/plan.

The ideal candidate profile is someone with a;-

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (Masters preferred)
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP principles, with experience preparing financial statements or management accounts for U.S.-based companies is required. Prior experience reporting to a group or foreign parent company is strongly preferred.
• An accountant who has experience from a SME business in an all-round financial management role
• CPA and/or CFA certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with financial software systems; experience with ERP or reporting tools is an advantage.
• Experience leading and/or working through change or finance transformation programmes is key.
