Summary
Responsible for the overall growth, profit and loss, leadership and sound management of the -region. The Regional Manager will be accountable for developing strategies that drive bottom line results. Is entrepreneurial and innovative in growing the region while developing a succession -plan. The Regional Manager will create and strengthen key relationships with customers and the industry. The Regional Manager will build and manage a high-performance team that adheres to Company's core values and delivers the highest level of customer service as well as financial results.
