We're partnered with a leading FQHC with 10 sites from Merced to Modesto to place a Regional Medical Director.

This FQHC was founded almost 60 years ago, bringing high-quality Primary Care services to the local community. They’ve continued to grow from one clinic location and now offer a variety of specialty service lines including OBGYN, Dental Care, Behavioral Health, School-Based Services and more.

The Regional Medical Director will:

• Provide clinical leadership for 5 clinic sites (Merced to Livingston)
• Oversee ~ 20 licensed providers
• Work closely with the CMO and Northern RMD to create a strategic plan for sustainable growth including the implementation of a new residency program and other service lines as appropriate
• M-F schedule (2 remote days)
• 20%-40% clinical time
• Compensation ranges from $300,000 to $360,000 per year
• Sign-On bonus will be available

Requirements

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution, MD or DO
• CA Medical License
• BC in area of Specialty
• 3-5 years of clinical experience (Primary Care/Outpatient)
• Provider supervisory experience, leadership education, or related experience
• FQHC or related experience with minority or underserved population
