Direct Hire VP of Operations Role in Ann Arbor, Michigan
Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is partnering with a Dentist owned and led organization to find a VP of Operations for the regions of Indiana and Michigan. Residing in Michigan or Indiana is preferred but NOT required.
This is a full-time, Permanent opportunity!
Responsibilities of the VP of Operations:
- Collaborate with multiple dental offices to help develop and implement plans that meet revenue and budget objectives.
- Ensure that offices adhere to professional standards, state, and federal regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial trend data and balance operational costs to optimize efficiency and profitability
- Recruit, hire, and develop Practice Managers. Provide coaching, conduct performance appraisals, implement corrective actions when necessary and maintain open lines of communication with Office and Dental Leadership.
Requirements for the VP of Operations:
- Minimum of 4 years of successful dental management experience with multiple locations, budgets, and P&L responsibilities
- Strong experience in identifying, selecting, developing, and retaining talent in a dental practice setting
- Open Dental Software or similar experience
- Open to travel up to 50% within the region, the rest of the time, the position is remote
