Step into a high-impact leadership role as the Regional Safety Director in Salisbury, Massachusetts, where you will shape safety strategy across some of the most complex bridge, highway, transit, and marine construction projects in the region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected heavy civil contractor known for tackling challenging public infrastructure work, maintaining an outstanding safety and quality record, and offering eligible employees ownership participation through an ESOP program.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Regional Safety Director position include:

• 10+ years of progressive safety experience in heavy civil construction
• 6+ years in a leadership or regional management role overseeing multiple job sites and states
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, New England state-specific safety requirements, and heavy civil operations including highway, bridge, excavation, utilities, and marine work
• Relevant certifications such as CSP, CHST, or equivalent strongly preferred
• Develop and execute regional safety policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with company goals
• Lead and mentor a growing team of safety managers and field safety personnel while partnering with operations leadership
• Oversee compliance, incident investigations, safety training, audits, subcontractor safety performance, and continuous improvement through metrics such as TRIR, DART, and EMR

Salary: $240,000 - $320,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
