We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Western Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across the Western territories. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and territory management, with a proven track record in technical architectural sales. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to cultivate relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
· Develop relationships with architects, engineers, and installation companies within the region.
· Ability to deliver live/video presentations to clients, architects, engineers & owners.
· Ability to convey a high level of technical detail applications.
· Reporting, tracking and accurately managing the sales pipeline in CRM system on a weekly basis.
· Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and upselling techniques.
· Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Skills
· 10+ years' experience with various types of metals, especially, metal roof systems, wall systems & other metal products including installation.
· Proven experience in technical architectural sales.
· Provide customer and client support with design and specifications development.
· Ability to develop loyalty with installers in various areas in the Western region.
· Responsible for the entire life of project development from early architectural design, through details and specification generations to bidding and contracting order.
· Meet established sales quota within the Western region / achieve business goals.
· Knowledgeable in government and industry standards and regulatory reporting & compliance processes.
· Results-oriented, strategic thinker & planner committed to meeting department & project goals.
· Self-motivated, creative problem solver with a strong sense of urgency and confidentiality.
· Ability to identify, engage and manage potential commissioned sales reps located within the Western region.
· Strong negotiation and relationship development skills.
· The ability to work flexible hours is a must.
· Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Experience working with subcontractors, general contractors & architects.
· Able to drive & travel by most means of transportation including planes, trucks & automobiles.
