Regional Sales Manager Apply
Position Overview
Business development and field sales role for an experienced sales professional responsible for developing new markets, introducing new products, managing distribution channels, and achieving sales objectives across the Western U.S.
Territory: Southern California, Arizona, Southern Nevada
Key Responsibilities Distribution Management-
Develop and execute a territory business plan

Acquire new distributors and drive end-user share growth

Set distributor and account objectives with clear timelines and resources

Train distributor sales teams and conduct joint sales calls
-
Build end-user relationships to drive distributor pull-through
-
Maintain high service levels with existing customers
-
Prospect new accounts and distributors to increase market share
-
Recommend distributor expansion strategies based on market needs
-
Represent the brand and grow territory revenue
-
Generate, qualify, and manage leads, including new product launches
-
Build and manage customer target lists
-
Travel extensively to meet key accounts and prospects
-
Attend trade shows and industry events
-
Train end users on products and applications
-
Support strategic planning and action plan execution

Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, Service, and Product teams
-
Recommend pricing strategies by market and distributor
-
Provide monthly management reports
-
Track activities and opportunities in CRM (HubSpot)
-
Coordinate technical support and product development needs
-
Manage travel and expense budgets and reporting
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience (minimum HS diploma/GED)

Valid driver's license, passport, and ability to travel up to 75%
