Regional Sales ManagerA growing Midwest-based fleet services organization is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand its lubricant sales function across Toledo and the surrounding areas. This is a newly created role designed to support strategic growth in bulk oil and lubricants, with direct reporting to the VP of Sales.The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving regional sales performance, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role is well suited to a results-driven B2B sales leader with experience in bulk oil, lubricants, petrochemicals, industrial fluids, or a closely related sector.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities across transportation, construction, energy, manufacturing, agriculture, and related industrial sectors.Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, bulk buyers, and high-value B2B customers.Hire, train, coach, and lead the lubricant sales team to drive performance and accountability.Partner with operations to support timely delivery, service quality, and customer satisfaction.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and pricing opportunities to inform sales strategy.Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, performance reports, pipeline updates, and market insights to leadership.Negotiate and close high-value contracts in alignment with company policies, pricing strategy, and margin targets.Ensure compliance with applicable local and state regulations related to bulk oil storage, transport, and sales.This is an on-site and field-based position requiring regular day travel throughout the assigned region, with approximately one overnight trip per week. Hours may vary based on business needs.
