With manufacturing and warehouse operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Italy, the United Kingdom, France, Brazil, Chile, and Australia, we have more than 65 years of experience delivering innovative wellness products to consumers across our many brands.

The Regional Service Manager's overarching responsibility will be to provide timely customer support and resolution to home owners service/warranty inquiries. Responsibilities involve identifying and evaluating service companies, Service Technicians, or service contractors within their designated area to effectively address these warranty claims.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES   

  • Manage a high volume of calls from homeowners presenting service issues.
  • Identifying, sourcing and evaluating new service companies or Service Technicians to complete our warranty claims.
  • Travel throughout territory to evaluate new service providers and offer field support training for the Regional Service Network (up to 20% travel)
  • Accompany Service Technicians on field visits to ensure work quality and provide real time, practical, training opportunities.
  • Reassess the policies for Service Agents, offer suggestions, and revise all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Regional Service Network.   
  • Examine service claims/calls recorded in Salesforce to detect patterns, alert signs, and quality problems.

Compensation starts at $75,000 + (Based on experience)

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma, Technical/Trade School related to electrical/mechanical repair and service (or equivalent experience). 
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in the home remodeling industry; experience with bathroom remodeling, plumbing, HVAC and acrylic installation highly preferred.
  • Mechanical/Electrical aptitude
  • Previous experience utilizing a CRM (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Must be open to domestic travel up to 20%
