TheRegistered Behavior TechnicianManager, in addition to providing support in residential programs,assistsin deliveringbehavioranalytics under the direction of a BCBA.

Requirements:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified
  • Minimum 3-5 years working in human services, with oneyearsexperience inasupervisoryrole.
  • Minimum two years experienceutilizing/implementing applied behavioral therapy
  • High energy level, superior interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a team atmosphere and independently
  • MUSTbe at least 21 years of age andHAVE a valid driver's license with a CLEAN driving recordand a willingness to use agencyvehiclesin the course of employment.
  • Must meet Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI), SORI, DPPC and OIG background check requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise administrative processes and requirements in consultation with the BCBA.
  • Supervise and evaluate assigned staff.
  • Provide support andassistindividuals with skills training in all activities of dailyliving.
  • Offerassistanceand supervision to staff members and clients to ensure the success and development of the residential program.
  • Participates in delivering comprehensivebehavioralanalytic services and support to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
  • Implements behavior interventions,assistsin data collection, and provides data reporting on target behaviors.
  • Meets regularly withBCBAto review behavior plans, data collection, and analysis.
  • Create opportunities and support individuals to make decisions to develop their skills and foster independence.
  • Develop andmonitorcreative and interesting community centered opportunities for all individuals.
  • Provide services to individuals according to DDS, MassHealth, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards, as well as The Price Center policies and procedures.
  • Provide support andassistindividuals with all medical, clinical, and financial needs.
  • Transport andaccompanyindividuals as needed to and from medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program.
  • Maintain required documentation according to DDS, MassHealth, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards as well as The Price Center policies and procedures.
  • Assistsindividuals with accessing resources and recreational opportunities in the community.
  • Administer medications according to MAP regulations, as applicable.
  • Maintaincore training certifications including RBT, CPR/FA,MAPCertifications, and Driver Safety.
  • Maintainadditionalmandated certifications and training as required by the program.
  • Develop positive relationships with guardians, family members, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor all staff training, including coretrainings, developmenttrainingsand program specifictrainings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school degree or GED.
  • Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations
  • Sensitivity to the needs of people with Disabilities
  • Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and ability to use good judgment.
  • Musthave strong computer knowledge.
  • Commitment to providing a clean homeenvironment for the individuals.
