The Job:
As an Entry-Level Behavioral Technician, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives. No experience? No problem! We can provide all the training you need for free, including free certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Responsibilities:
- Work with children through teens for at least 6 hours a week, up to 25 hours per week.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and provide support to individuals based on their specific needs.
- Utilize strategies to teach new skills and promote positive behavior.
- Collect data on progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to therapy.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a BCI/FBI background check.
- High School Diploma or GED required, and be at least 18 years of age.
- Playful and passionate about children's growth and learning.
- Patient and eager to learn a new skill.
- Interest in education, psychology, or other social sciences.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexible in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
