Pay: $15-$20 per hour, DOE. Plus, if you work 100% of your schedule you get an extra $2 an hour and if you work 90% you get an extra $1 per hour

Job Summary:

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-on-one behavioral therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans, track progress, and help clients improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by a BCBA
• Provide in-home and community-based behavioral therapy
• Track and report client progress and program data
• Teach communication, self-help, and social skills
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company policies
• Collaborate with team members and maintain clear communication
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 6+ months of relevant experience preferably in a healthcare setting required
• Registerd Behavioral Health Technician (RBT) Certification required
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation for travel to multiple locations
