We are looking to hire a Behavior Technician to work with our Palestine campus and assist children with autism. A successful candidate will have patience, a playful attitude, and a passion for children in generalprevious experience working with special education students teaching them valuable life skills is desired but not required. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with our faculty and staff to improve student behavior and make general improvements for the well-being of the clients. You will be providing 1:1 ABA therapy for a child.
Responsibilities:

• Communicate with autism caregivers and teachers.
• Interact with patients and keep them safe.
• Plan and implement treatments.
• Document patient behavior.
• Organize schedules.
• Work with multiple staff members.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Pass a background check
• Have a High School diploma or GED

We will provide training, you do not need to be an RBT to apply. You will need to be certified within 30 days of hire.
