POSITION SUMMARY

As a Dental Hygienist, you are central to the patient experience and long-term oral health outcomes. You’ll deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care, educate patients with clarity and confidence, and work in close alignment with the dentist and clinical team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver thorough, high-quality hygiene care including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing
  • Complete comprehensive patient assessments including medical history, vitals, and periodontal charting
  • Educate patients in a way that is calm, clear, and confidence-building
  • Maintain impeccable infection control and operatory standards
  • Collaborate with the dentist on patient care plans and next steps
  • Document treatment accurately and promptly using dental software
  • Maintain steady appointment flow without sacrificing quality
  • Participate in continuing education and team development

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active Illinois Dental Hygienist license (Those in School, We Want to Connect With You)
  • Strong clinical skills and polished chair side presence
  • Clear communicator who patients trust and feel comfortable with
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working within structured systems
  • Team-minded with a high standard for professionalism
