Responsibilities As a Registered Dietitian you will assist our residents in reaching their nutritional and medical goals. Your work will ensure our residents receive a high standard of care by providing nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy, evaluating, monitoring, and documenting nutritional status and needs, identifying and delivering culturally appropriate nutritional counseling, and writing dietary orders. Qualifications Minimum bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics, Nutritional Sciences, or a related field. Valid, unencumbered State of Iowa Clinical Dietitian License.
