Location Martinez, CA Schedule M-F, 9am-5:30pm Pay Rate $30/hr Start Date ASAP Employment Type Contingent Key Responsibilities Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide one-on-one and group nutrition counseling to support disease management and recovery. Implement evidence-based nutrition interventions for diverse patient populations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Support program development and contribute to account revenue and operating profit. Uphold organizational mission, values, and service standards through clinical excellence. What We’re Looking For Current, up-to-date resume required. Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field. Registered Dietitian credential (RD/RDN) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Experience in outpatient counseling or clinical nutrition preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and business acumen.
