\n\nResponsibilities:\nThe Assistant Manager of Skilled Nursing/ADON is responsible for the supervision and evaluation of patient care performed by nursing personnel within their assigned skilled nursing facility/service area. This role will work closely with and support the nursing manager/DON to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and compliance with federal, state and local rules and regulations. Provides coordination and oversight of patient assignments, staff scheduling, patient flow and assists in meeting financial targets by effectively assisting in managing utilization, productivity, personnel and supplies.\n\nQualifications:\nEducation• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience• 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required• Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred Licenses and Certifications• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required\n\nDisclaimers:\n
